The 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) was held as the Company's accountability forum to shareholders for its 2023 financial year performance. During the meeting, shareholders approved the Annual Report and Financial Statements, appointed the Public Accountant, determined the remuneration of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners, approved the reappointment and/or changes to the composition of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners, and acknowledged the report on the utilization of proceeds from the public offering. The AGMS reflects the Company's commitment to implementing good corporate governance, transparency, and accountability for all shareholders.
