On January 8 2024, PT Perdana Karya Perkasa Tbk. (PKPK) officially announced the purchase of shares in PT Deli Pratama Batubara, a coal mining company.
In a statement given on Wednesday (10/1) by Haryanto Sofian, as President Director of PKPK, it was stated that PKPK had purchased 14,991,000 shares of PT Deli Pratama Batubara with a nominal value of IDR 10,000 in PT Bhakti Harapan Sejahtera. This purchase was stated in the Share Sale and Purchase Deed Number 26 made by Christina Dwi Utami SH, MHum, Mkn.
Apart from that, Haryanto stated that this information is a change and/or addition to the information disclosure carried out on January 4, 2024.
In his statement, Haryanto stated that the dissemination of this information was an action to fulfill the information disclosure obligations stipulated by OJK regulations in POJK 31/2015.
For information, when trading ended the afternoon when this article was written, PKPK shares were listed at 368, up 1.66 percent from before.
