PT Perdana Karya Perkasa Tbk (PKPK) announced that it has completed the Mandatory Tender Offer for PKPK Shares offered by PT Deli Pratama Batubara from 10 October 2021 to 17 November 2021.
According to Ferry Bastian, Corporate Secretary of PKPK, the shares purchased in the Mandatory Tender Offer, amounting to 3,165,400 shares, or 0.527% of the total shares, were fully deposited and placed in PKPK.
According to Ferry in his official statement on Monday (6/12), after the Mandatory Tender Offer was completed, PKPK share ownership by DPB became 300,549,162 shares, or 50.09% of the total shares.
Deli Pratama Batubara (DPB) made a tender offer after the Perdana Karya Perkasa (PKPK) share acquisition transaction was completed on September 24 2021.
The tender offer starts Tuesday, 19 October 2021 and lasts until Tuesday, 17 November 2021. The tender offer implementation price is around IDR 73 per share. The total number of shares owned is 297,383,762 shares, or 297.38 million shares.
As reported by the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI), Monday (18/10), Perdana Karya Perkasa Corporate Secretary, Ferry Bastian, stated, "The aim of the transaction is to diversify the investment portfolio, and develop the construction and mining services segment."
Perdana Karya public shareholders must sell at least 302,616,238 ordinary shares, or 50.44 percent of all shares, through a tender. All these shares must be deposited with valid voting rights in the company in question at a price of IDR 200 per share.
